About the project

This project involved the fit out of a newly constructed office block in Parkmore, Co. Galway. The works were spread over two floors of the existing three story building.

Project Information

Mechanical works included modifying the existing AC and ventilation system including associated pipework and drainage. New AC units were installed in the Comms Room and in numerous offices throughout the building. Water services which included under-sing electric water heaters and ZIP taps were provided for the canteen and beverage bays. New fire extinguishers were also provided.
