About the project

The project comprises of a 100-bed community nursing unit and day-care centre that will include en-suite bedrooms, day rooms, dining rooms, activity and therapy rooms, support rooms, central kitchen, a new vehicular and pedestrian site entrance of Tymon North Road, perimeter fencing and a car park. The Building is over three floors Lower Ground/Ground/First and a roof level plant room. The site covers an area of 8,000sqm.
