The full mechanical services installation included; coordination of the production of mechanical and electrical building services drawings, builder’s works, electrical motors, mains water connection, gas connection, wall hung gas fired Boiler, hot water cylinder, mains water pressurisation valve, heating controls installation, all soils & waste pipework, WC overflows, cold water storage tank, below ground drainage pipework, hot and cold water installation, space heating installations, Ventilation services and protective services.
