This building is a change of use and modification from a previous office use to form a new 6-storey medical clinic. It is to provide outpatient services for the Regional HSE Orthodontic Unit and Tallaght Hospitals Endocrinology and Dermatology Departments within an existing 5-storey over a 3-storey basement block with a gross internal floor area of approx. 2,842 sqm.
