Project Information
This project was the conversion of an existing office building into the 200 bed Holiday Inn Express. The 200 bedrooms are constructed on floors from one to six and the en-suites were constructed in-situ. The ground floor contains hotel reception, breakfast area and the bar staff areas and plant rooms are in the basement.
